At Apey, we stand firmly behind the quality and utility of our products. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we are here to help with our straightforward and transparent 30-Day Free Return Policy.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request an official return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original product packaging.
2. No Return Fees ($0.00)
- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for all accepted returns within the United States.
- Restocking Fees: $0.00. Apey never charges any restocking, processing, or handling fees for returned items.
3. How to Start a Return
- Send a clear return request to our customer support team at info@apey.shop, including your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to drop off your package.
- Pack the item securely in its original box, attach the printed prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package or our corporate registration office without contacting us first. Returns without prior email authorization cannot be processed.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you if your refund is approved. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require a few additional days to post the refund to your account.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@apey.shop right away with digital photo proof. We will immediately arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
