Where are your products made?

Srilanka, As a Sri Lankan company we believe that we have the responsibility to protect our local industries which are equipped with our ancient technologies. Therefore we make sure to full fill your requirements by the locally (made in Sri Lanka) manufactured guaranteed quality products.

How do I search?

We have categorized all the items to make it easier for you OR you can search on our search bar to find whatever the item you looking for.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You need to have an account to complete your transaction.

How do I make a purchase?

After you register with the platform, you may search and select the item you want. Once you select what you like just click on 'add to cart' and then proceed to check out with your details. If you have any clarification please contact apeyshop.sl@gmail.com

What payment methods can I use?

We accepts Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Can I use Multiple Credit Cards to place an order?

NO. We can only accept one credit card to place an order. If you have multiple items in an order, you are welcome to place separate orders with different credit cards.

Can make changes to an order?

NO. Currently we do not allow customers to make changes to an order after submitting the order. Please make sure to select correct item before you submitting the order.

Will I be able to track my order?

ABSOLUTLY. Once your order is dispatched you will receive the order tracking number to registered mail address.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will be completed within 7-10 days of dispatching the order. Due to the current situation worldwide, there may be delays in dispatching and delivery of orders.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?

NO. You can only change the shipping address before dispatch. If you enter a wrong address by mistake please email to apeyshop.sl@gmail.com

What it the possibility of cancelling my order after submitting the order?

We are unable to make any changes to an existing order once it has been placed. This includes canceling your order, updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order if I return the order?

NO. We do accept only exchanges and we do not do any refunds unless mistakenly you received a different order, however you may exchange an item to your liking. And we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products.
